Liability
Paradiso Travel Group acts as an intermediary between clients and suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators).

Activities are at the client's own risk, and Paradiso Travel Group is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages.
Force Majeure
Paradiso Travel Group is not liable for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by events beyond control, such as natural disasters, terrorism, or political unrest.
Complaints
Complaints should be reported promptly during the trip for resolution.
Complaints received after trip completion may not be considered.
