When you contact us interested in a travel proposal: First and last name, email address, phone number, location, type of travel you are interested in, budget, and any other information provided in our conversation history, including details about others accompanying you.
When you have booked a travel service or are a travel guest: First and last name, preferred name, email, phone number, mobile number, date of birth, address, travel itinerary, flight and transfer information, travel insurance details, passport, special occasion information, and any additional information provided.
Sensitive information (after booking): Health or medical issues, allergies, dietary requirements/preferences, weight, travel waivers, and information about children. Providing this data is optional.
When you are indicated as an emergency contact: First name, last name, and phone number.
A Note About Children
Children (under the age of 18) are not eligible to use the platform unsupervised. If you are under 18, you may only use this platform under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
